We have a child seat for your family's young children to travel safely. When creating a reservation request, please remember to add a child seat.

How can I make a reservation?
You can easily book from the car rental menu on our website. If your reservation time is less than 24 hours, you can make a reservation by contacting by phone.

What should I do if there is a delay during baggage and Customs procedures?
You should notify us when there is a lost baggage problem or delay for extra work at the airport.

How and where do I buy my vehicle?
The vehicle you have booked will be delivered from the location you have chosen at the date and time you specified.

Is there an age limit for car rental?
All vehicle groups have different rental conditions. You need a driver's license for 21 years and 1 year for economic groups, and 25 years and 5 years for middle and upper groups.

Is navigation provided to vehicles?
Before renting a car, you can get it by paying an extra fee according to your request.

When do we receive the invoice?
If you return the vehicle, your invoice is prepared and sent to your address.

Where do I return the vehicle?
The rented vehicle must be returned to our office or area where the vehicle was received. If you deliver to different cities or points, one way difference will be paid.

How many days is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is at least 1 day.
